Computer Skills Self-Assessment Survey

This form is optimized for use with Internet Explorer .


Successful completing of an on-line course requires that the student possess a minimun set of essential skills related to computer technology. This assessment survey will provide feedback based on your self-evaluation.

A frank and honest answer is necessary to accurately assess your computer skills. Answer each item, using the descriptions provided, based on your comfort level or experience. Do not answer any item based on the skill or knowledge of a family member, co-worker, or friend.

Answers to this survey will be kept confidential, and are intended to serve as a guide in identifying those minimum skills essential for success in an on-line course, and directing additional training as needed.
